In places where social ties are strong, people are known to be happier and healthier. Which is why health insurer Zorg en Zekerheid is on a mission to strengthen social cohesion. In neighbourhoods, in workplaces, but also in schools, where a socially-minded society starts.

Scientists at Radboud University have found that moving children to different places in the classroom can significantly improve their individual relationships. Which is why we collaborated with Radboud University to bridge science and society.

This resulted in the Social Shuffle: an online tool that enables teachers to create an optimal rearrangement every time it’s used, whilst at the same time giving the children a fun experience. The tool was adopted by schools throughout the country, contributing to happier classes, and proving the belief of Zorg en Zekerheid.
